OrionDynx is a small engineering focused shop built around mechatronics, rapid prototyping, and practical automation. The goal is simple: bridge the gap between a sketch in your notes app and a prototype you can power up on the bench.
Every project starts with questions about use cases, loads, tolerances, safety, and failure modes. Mechanical design, electronics, and control logic are treated as one system, which makes the final prototype easier to scale and easier to maintain.
The work is grounded in mechatronics, manufacturing principles, and hands on experience with real hardware instead of theory only slides.
Big manufacturers optimize for volume. Hobby projects optimize for fun. Many serious ideas do not fit either world and end up stuck as drawings. OrionDynx is built to serve that middle space where you care about function and reliability, but you do not have corporate level resources.
OrionDynx is focused on small to medium scale builds. Custom fixtures, mechanisms, low volume assemblies, and one off demonstrators are a great fit. Full production line design is outside the scope, but your prototype can be built with that path in mind.
